How many photos will we receive? It depends on the event length and format, but you can expect a strong, varied selection that covers atmosphere, key moments, and details, with a focus on quality over volume.
Do you cover outdoor events and festivals? Yes. I regularly cover outdoor events and can work quickly as conditions change, including crowd shots, atmosphere, and action.
Do you travel outside Birmingham? Yes. I’m based near Birmingham and cover the West Midlands and UK-wide.
Are you insured? Yes, I’m insured up to £5m and I bring a multi-camera setup and backup kit.
Can you provide a few images quickly for social or press? Yes. Same-day highlights or next-day delivery can be arranged if agreed in advance.
How do we book? Send the date, venue, timings, and a short brief, I’ll reply with options and a simple booking process.
What if the weather changes? No problem, I’m used to working in rain, wind, and changing light. I’ll adapt on the day and, if needed, move key moments like group photos into sheltered areas.
Can you work alongside videographers and AV teams? Yes. I’m used to working alongside video crews, AV, and event production teams. I’ll coordinate on the day to stay unobtrusive, cover key moments, and avoid blocking sightlines, lighting, or stage access.
