Do you cover multi-day conferences? Yes, single-day and multi-day conference coverage is available. Send over your schedule and any must-have moments, and I’ll plan coverage to include speakers, breakouts, networking and branding.
Do you travel outside Birmingham? Yes. I regularly travel across the UK for events, including frequent work in London and Manchester. International travel is also available, I’ve covered projects abroad, including in Mallorca.
How fast is delivery? My standard turnaround for event coverage is 3 to 5 working days. If you need highlights during the event, or next-day delivery, that can be arranged, it just needs to be agreed in advance so I can confirm availability on your date.
How do we book? Share the date, location, timings and your required turnaround, and I’ll confirm availability and send a clear quote with the next steps. To secure the date, I take a 50% deposit.
