Frequently asked questions
Do you cover multi-day conferences? Yes, single-day and multi-day conference coverage is available. Send over your schedule and any must-have moments, and I’ll plan coverage to include speakers, breakouts, networking and branding.
Do you travel outside Birmingham? Yes. I regularly travel across the UK for events, including frequent work in London and Manchester. International travel is also available, I’ve covered projects abroad, including in Mallorca.
How fast is delivery? My standard turnaround for event coverage is 3 to 5 working days. If you need highlights during the event, or next-day delivery, that can be arranged, it just needs to be agreed in advance so I can confirm availability on your date.
How do we book? Share the date, location, timings and your required turnaround, and I’ll confirm availability and send a clear quote with the next steps. To secure the date, I take a 50% deposit.

Can you provide a few images during the event? Yes. If agreed in advance, I can deliver a small set of edited highlights during the event, ready for social or press, for an additional cost.
Do you photograph exhibitions and trade shows at the NEC Birmingham? Yes. I regularly cover exhibitions and trade shows at the NEC Birmingham, including stand photography, product demonstrations, visitor interactions, branding, team images and wider exhibition atmosphere. I work in a calm, documentary-led way to create a polished gallery that is useful for marketing, PR and future event promotion.
Can you capture networking, branding and sponsor visibility as well as the main moments? Yes. Alongside keynote speakers, presentations and formal moments, I also photograph networking, guest interactions, sponsor branding, signage, venue details and the atmosphere of the event as a whole. That helps create a more rounded gallery that is useful for LinkedIn, internal comms, PR, websites and post-event marketing.
